Service Description
This 20-minute taster session is designed for expectant or new parents who want personalised guidance and support, without committing to a full package. It’s the perfect way to get a feel for how I work and to ask questions about your pregnancy, birth, or early parenthood. During the session, we will: • Discuss your current situation, challenges, and goals • Explore your questions around pregnancy, birth, newborn care, and infant feeding • Offer practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to your needs • Outline the support options and packages available if you wish to continue working together This session is conducted in a friendly, professional, and confidential environment, either via video call or phone. It’s designed to be relaxed, supportive, and informative, helping you feel more confident and prepared as you navigate this exciting stage of your journey. Whether you’re looking for reassurance, personalised advice, or simply want to explore how I can support you, this taster session is an ideal first step. Price: £10 for 20 minutes – a small investment in your confidence, knowledge, and peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Her Village Maternity “Listening first, supporting always.” We understand that life, especially during pregnancy and early parenthood can be unpredictable. Our goal is to offer flexibility while respecting the time and care we dedicate to each client. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to offer you an alternative date/time that works for both of us. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in that session being forfeited, unless in exceptional or emergency circumstances. No shows or repeated late cancellations may lead to future bookings being paused or declined. 💷 Refunds Packages (e.g. postnatal or antenatal) are non-refundable once the first session has been completed, as time has been reserved for your care. If you wish to cancel a package before any sessions have begun, we can issue a full refund minus a £15 admin fee. If your circumstances change unexpectedly (e.g. hospitalisation, bereavement), we may offer a partial refund for unused sessions on a case-by-case basis. 🔁 Pay-As-You-Go Sessions Individual pay-as-you-go sessions may be refunded in full if cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice.
