If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply want to explore your options, this free 15-minute consultation is a gentle first step. This is a relaxed, no-pressure call where you can speak openly about where you are in your pregnancy, any questions you may have, and any worries or fears you’re carrying—whether that’s around labour, birth choices, or what to expect afterwards. You don’t need to have everything figured out before booking this call. During our time together, I’ll listen to your individual needs, offer initial guidance where helpful, and explain how my antenatal support is designed to help you feel more informed, calm, and confident as you prepare for birth and early parenthood. I’ll also talk you through what’s included in my sessions so you can decide if it feels like the right fit for you. There is absolutely no obligation to book anything further—this call is simply here to support you, give you clarity, and help you take the next step with confidence. Whether you’re a first-time parent or have had a previous birth experience you’d like to approach differently, you are warmly welcome.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment • Full payment is required to secure your place on the antenatal class. • Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the class will receive a 75% refund. • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the class will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class are non-refundable. Transferring Your Booking • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another couple (please notify us in advance). Minimum Numbers • Classes require a minimum number of attendees to run. • If the class is cancelled by us due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered: o A full refund, or o The option to transfer to a future date Late Arrivals / Non-Attendance • Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for missed sessions or late arrivals. Health & Emergencies • If you are unable to attend due to medical reasons or going into labour, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to offer a transfer to a future session where possible. Contact • All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email.
