The informed Birth Programme- A Midwife led Antenatal Course at Her Village Maternity is an exclusive antenatal course designed for first-time mums in North London, offering intimate group settings for personalised support and guidance. Our experienced midwives empower you with essential knowledge and practical tools to navigate your pregnancy, birth, and early parenting journey with confidence. Join us to create your village of support and foster a nurturing environment for your growing family.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment • Full payment is required to secure your place on the antenatal class. • Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the class will receive a 75% refund. • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the class will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class are non-refundable. Transferring Your Booking • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another couple (please notify us in advance). Minimum Numbers • Classes require a minimum number of attendees to run. • If the class is cancelled by us due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered: o A full refund, or o The option to transfer to a future date Late Arrivals / Non-Attendance • Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for missed sessions or late arrivals. Health & Emergencies • If you are unable to attend due to medical reasons or going into labour, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to offer a transfer to a future session where possible. Contact • All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email.
